Hybrid heuristic for the optimal design of photovoltaic installations considering mismatch loss effects
Abstract
We present a hybrid metaheuristic for the optimal design of photovoltaic installations that explicitly accounts for mismatch loss effects caused by partial shading and module variability, combining local search with simulation-based evaluation.
