A Hybrid Metaheuristic for the Optimal Design of Photovoltaic Installations
Abstract
We propose a hybrid metaheuristic combining local search and simulation for the optimal design of photovoltaic installations, accounting for panel orientation, tilt, and shading effects to maximize energy yield.
