Abstract

We develop an integrated model for airline scheduling, fleet assignment, and pricing in a monopolized market. The model explicitly captures supply-demand interactions through a discrete choice passenger demand model and is solved using a local search heuristic combined with column generation. Results show significant revenue improvements over hierarchical approaches.
